1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aegistack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aegisol Company Limited (“Aegisol”, “we”, “our”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Aegisol grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Aegistack on devices owned or controlled by you, for your internal business or personal purposes only.

You may not: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign Aegistack to any third party; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; use Aegistack to build a competing product; or use the software in any way that violates applicable law.

3. Plans and payment

3.1 Free tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost and includes access to core features as described on the pricing page. Aegisol reserves the right to modify Free tier features at any time with reasonable notice.

3.2 Paid plans

Paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.

4. Your content and data

All project data (test cases, requirements, execution results) created in Aegistack is stored locally on your machine. You retain full ownership of your content. Aegisol does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your local data. Aegisol is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software bugs, or user error.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Aegistack to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Use AI features to generate content that violates the terms of the underlying AI provider

6. Third-party services and BYOK

Aegistack integrates with third-party services including Jira, Confluence, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Aegisol is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

If you use Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), you are responsible for compliance with your AI provider's terms of service and for any costs incurred through your API key.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Aegistack is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aegisol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Aegistack, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of Aegistack after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.
